Biological Force Meter SFM-4x

 

Research grade force meter (monitor) for physiology and biology. It is optimized for biological measurements carried out with PC-based data acquisition (DAQ) systems. Force Meter SFM-4x has extremely high input sensitivity, excellent linearity and very fast recording speed.

 

The input force range is wide enough to cover nearly every biological research application. Any force appearing in the body of an experimental animal can be measured with this Force Meter, only the appropriate sensor arrangement should be found. Our development engineers have huge experience in design of special force sensors and our technicians can manufacture them for you. General Purpose Force Sensor GPFS-10N

 

This robust force sensor provides isometric force measurement with a full scale value of 10 N. Its overload capability is 50 N. It has got a holder rod on its back side. The holder rod can be used to assemble the General Purpose Force Sensor on any strong holding assembly.

Pain Stimulator Pin PSP-1

 

This special kind of force sensor is used to provide pain stimuli by calibrated force. Its full scale value is either 5 N or 15 N. It is an isometric device. It can be used in pharmacological (for instance pain killer) research. The shape of the tip will be manufactured according to your requirements. We can make a small ball on the tip, too.

Pain Stimulator Tweezers PTW-1

 

This kind of force sensor can also be used to provide pain stimuli by calibrated force. There are 30 mm2 flat contact pads on the tips. Its full scale value is 7.5 N (measured on the tip of the tweezers, because 15 N force sensor is involved). It is an isometric device. It can be used in pharmacological (for instance pain killer) research.

You can see several examples of ready made force sensors in the above paragraphs. Furthermore we can design and manufacture any kind of application specific force sensor according to your requirements. In most of the cases we establish the force sensor design either on the 5 N or the 15 N, high accuracy force sensors.
