General conditions

Supertech gives you 5 years of full warranty for electronic products, and 3 years of full warranty for mechanical products.

We make huge efforts to increase the quality of our products. Special thanks prize: if you can find any rightful warranty claim in a Supertech product, we give you an award of 100 EUR.

All products of Supertech have got CE identifier.

Shipping fee is not included in the price of the equipments.

The prices listed below are NET prices (excluding VAT). For international transactions the VAT should not be payed to Supertech.

Payment method: Supertech Ltd. was established in 1991. We always trusted in every our customers, even in the potential customers. We usually sent the products to our customers first, and we always gave them 8 to 30 days of delay to pay. In the first 18 working years of Supertech this method was working perfectly. In May of 2009 we found the first different customer. We sent an equipment to him, and invoiced USD 2,557.- to pay with bank wire transfer in 8 days after delivery. Three month spent, and he did not pay. Finally he wrote, he will not pay. According to these facts, Supertech has modified the general payment method. In the future we accept prepayment only. The exceptions are:

- For old, well-known customers of Supertech the former (payment after delivery) method will be used continuously without any change.

- For higher amounts we can agree special payment methods (e.g. partial prepayment, and the rest after delivery, or bank warranty issued by Supertech, etc.)

For international transport we use the services of specialized, professional shipping firms. We always offer that firm, which has the smallest "transport injury rate" according to our experiences in the target country.

Outside the European Union the local customs duties, and may be VAT, or other taxes (depending on the laws of your country) must be payed, not for Supertech, but for the appropriate local offices.

During the continuous development process the internal constructions, and the technical parameters of our products are frequently improved. According to the development phases the version numbers of the equipments are sometimes changed without prior notice, but these changes usually have no effect for the prices. The prices are always valid for the newest versions.

In most cases you can ask minor modifications and customizations on the products according to your special requirements. Usually we carry out the small modifications for free. To discuss your desires, our technical possibilities, and conditions, please contact us.

The distance is calculated from the Hungarian border to the target location, and the same distance in backward direction to the Hungarian border (the part of the trip in Hungary is free).

- Unit price of the transportation: 0.286 EUR / km

- We provide a practiced product specialist as a driver (he can install the table fluently, not only a simple driver) for FREE.

- Carrying assistants: two strong local guys should be provided by the customer during the time of the installation (to move the parts from the van to the lab).

- Additionally, hotel fee(s) for our product specialist should be calculated, if the distance from the Hungarian border is too long (it is a topic of particular consideration in every case).

Shipping cost of the vibration isolation table in the European Union, if it is transported by an independent, specialized lorry firm, on pallet:

- It is cheaper shipping method, but does not include installation.
